I am currently an English language teacher at the language center of the University of Lausanne (Switzerland.

Academically, I am broadly interested in how people use language to make sense of their social relationships, identities, and their experiences of (mental) health, and how they navigate the different norms that regulate gendered and sexual behavior. I also have an interest in mixing formative and summative assessment strategies when evaluating students' work in constructive ways.

Finally, together with Laura Cariola and Scott Parrott, I'm part of the editing team of the "Language, Discourse and Mental Health" book series published by the University of Exeter Press. Please get in touch, if you would like to publish with us.
